Founded in 2017, Dexterity Search focuses on a range of positions, from entry-level to C-suite. Located in New Jersey, just outside of New York City, our reach extends throughout the United States, servicing clients nationwide.

Dexterity was founded by Michael Maher, a successful talent acquisition professional and executive search specialist. Michael’s 20+ years of experience includes in-house recruiting roles with top-tier financial services firms, including Lehman Brothers and Prudential, as well as tenures with high-profile staffing organizations.

Partner with Us

Retained Recruiting

We will create a detailed recruiting strategy, schedule regular meetings, and provide data and contact lists to show our progress. This approach is much more intensive than contingency recruiting and best serves critical, high visibility roles.

Contingent Recruiting

We will proactively recruit for your position with fees only due after you hire our candidate.

Temporary Services

Only hire and pay for workers when you need them, on a per-job or on-going basis. We manage HR and payroll related functions of your employee. This is a great option to save money in relation to costs associated with having a permanent employee.
